| A bibliographic database of scientific papers published by authors affiliated worldwide, especially focused in Europe and in the European Atlantic Area, and containing the keywords “microalga(e)” or “phytoplankton” was built. A corpus of 79,020 publications was obtained and analyzed using the Orbit Intellixir software to highlight the evolution of the research domain. Publication rates from 1960 to 2019, organization of the research, collaboration networks between countries and organizations, emerging and fading research concepts, major studied species, and associated concepts, as well as journals publishing microalgae research were considered. | Igaz, hogy a szélsőséges időjárás Magyarországon rendkívül nagy hozamingadozásokat okozhat, az agrárpolitika és a piaci szereplők pedig hajlamosak a túlzott reakciókra, mégis a gabonaágazat az, ahol a magyar mezőgazdaság a természeti adottságok, a termelés vonatkozásában még bizonyíthatóan komparatív előnyökkel rendelkezik az Európai Unióban. | Magyarország földrajzi fekvése miatt a fehérjeforrások beszerzési költségei magasabbak és a baromfihúsexport is költségesebb a szállítás miatt, de a fűtési és hűtési költségek is magasabbak, mint például Hollandiában, Brazíliában. A globalizáció kihívásai elől a magyar baromfiágazat sem térhet ki. Az árversenyben a nagy kapacitások, az olcsó munkaerő és az olcsó takarmány nagy előnyt jelent. | Az állattenyésztési ágazatok kilátásai nem biztatóak a tartósan magas takarmányárak, a vertikálisan kevésbé szervezett, a termékpálya szakaszai közötti laza kapcsolat miatt, ami a legfontosabb felvevőpiacok szervezetlenségére is visszavezethető. A magyarországi állattartók érdemben nem képesek befolyásolni sem a világpiacon, sem az Európai Unió piacán zajló folyamatokat, így kénytelenek a réspiacokat kitöltve alkalmazkodni. | This paper briefly outlines a topology of small farms and then considers the role of the government versus the market in key public policies such as commodity income support, environment, stability, research, and rural development. A number of options are explored for public policy to better serve small farms, including drastic alternatives such as graduated property taxes on farmland, with exemptions or lower rates for small farms. These and other alternatives are not necessarily recommended. Improved extension education and human resource development offer some of the most promising public policy opportunities to help small farmers. |

| After reviewing trends in the production and marketing of fresh produce for the domestic market in Kenya since 1997, this paper presents detailed information on the structure of the flow of this produce from rural areas to wholesale markets in Nairobi and from those wholesale markets to assorted retail markets. Market shares are estimated by product for geographic areas supplying Nairobi, and for each important wholesale and retail market in the city.
